During testing, the test solution is filtered through a membrane to trap the microorganisms in the test solution on the filter membrane. Then, visible colonies are cultured and counted to determine the bacterial content in the test sample. The microbial limit detector is particularly suitable for microbial limit detection of purified water and injection water, and can also be used for microbial load detection of other samples.
